on experiences

An experience unifies acting, perceiving and observing, and occurs in the time and in the space we share with others. Thus, every experience embraces and shapes physical, mental and material reality within and beyond oneself.

An experience is embedded in a process not isolated from other vital processes taking place. Thus, every experience is simultaneous, entwined and overlapping with further processes and experiences.

An experience is lived in a specific situation given by the circumstances of the present reality. Thus, every experience is unique and individual, and cannot be repeated nor emulated, although the enacted process is recurring.

By writing about my experience I share the observations on the perceptions, the acts and on the situation in which perceiving, acting and observing took place. Thus, what I share is not the experience but my awarenesses of it.

The observations follow the timeline subdivided by the processes experienced in the self-experimentation. The structure was chosen to offer orientation and not to prescribe a reading sequence. Who reads is free to follow the reading impulse given by the own running process.

Sharing my experiences does not mean that others should experience the same situations, perform the same acts, follow the same path, live the same way.
